Review
pdfMachine, as a Portable Document Format (PDF) converter, acts as a virtual printer for all the printable Windows applications. When installed in the system, the application appears on the printing dialogs in all the programs as one more printer to select.
When user sends the corresponding document to 'Broadgun pdfMachine' printer, the printing streams to a new PDF document created by this application.
User can also open PDF documents with this application for manipulation by launching All Programs-> Broadgun Software->pdfMachine and then pressing the 'open' button.
When printed or displayed (viewed), the pdfMachine created PDF documents maintain all the formatting from the original documents, preserving all the proper formats, background colors, font sizes, etc. beside the Operating System, hardware or software used for creating the original files.
These pdfMachine create documents can be read and printed by any available PDF reader, within Internet Explorer or Netscape, as well as by any Operating System (Windows, MacOS, Unix, etc.). They are really PDF files same as the native created.
The application can open, edit, add comments, watermarks, digital signatures, etc. to any PDF document.
pdfMachine offers multilingual font support, integration with email as attachements, security encryption, hyperlinks and active URLs support, bookmark edition, total integration with all the Microsoft Office programs, as well as with MS Internet Explorer, network installations, etc. and it works fine with Windows Vista. |
